The role:

• You will be an exceptional Java engineer who has significant commercial experience.
• You'll be the "go-to" person for Junior Developers, mentoring and guiding the wider team.
• Day to day you will lead development for their Java-based backend.
• You're someone who stays up to date with emerging technologies and trends, ensuring you're ahead of what's up and coming.
• You'll be comfortable leading the development of projects, working with stakeholders and more junior engineers to guide on timelines and the deliverables.
• You'll maintain their IAC (Terraform)
• Cloud environment experience (AWS ideally)
