Registered Nurse Job

Ilfracombe, North Devon

We welcome a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with strong clinical skills and experience in social care, who can promote independence and dignity while delivering high standards of care, and confidently support and lead the care team in day-to-day practice.

The home supports elderly individuals with residential, nursing and dementia care. You’ll be part of a team led by a Registered Home Manager (Nurse) alongside a wider care team.

We will support you with a team of Care Practitioners who work closely alongside our nurses, taking on responsibilities with bespoke, in-depth training. This includes administering medication, supporting insulin management and some dressings, helping you to focus on clinical decision-making.

We value our nurses, so we’ve built our approach around giving you the time and support to focus on what matters most – being a nurse.
