A leading live events venue in Bristol is looking for friendly and professional Guest Experience Assistants to support the delivery of concerts, shows and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Guest Experience Assistant
• Welcome and assist guests throughout the venue. • Scan tickets and direct visitors to seats and facilities. • Provide clear information about events and venue services. • Support crowd flow and general event operations. • Handle queries professionally and escalate when needed. • Follow all health and safety procedures.
