HR Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is delighted to be supporting a well-established and fast-growing UK organisation in their search for an experienced HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HR professional to play a pivotal role in shaping culture, driving engagement and supporting continued business growth.

Day To Day:

Providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters
Managing and resolving employee relations cases, including conflict resolution
Leading the development, implementation and ongoing review of HR policies and procedures
Ensuring accuracy and compliance of employee records
Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting cultural development
Analysing HR metrics and producing insightful reports to support decision-making
Contributing to senior-level HR strategy and organisational planning

What We Would Love To See:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a standalone or managerial HR role
Experience supporting an organisation of 50+ employees
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or working towards)
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
Highly professional, with a strong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
