FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is excited to be working in partnership with a leading automotive organisation, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be providing integral support to the online sales department, playing a key role in the future of automotive retailing. This position focuses on delivering a first-class customer experience while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to inbound leads via telephone and email.
  • Providing a consultative and professional experience to customers.
  • Driving appointments for our sales from inbound enquiries.
  • Uploading customer requirements and information to their sales tracking platform.
  • Handling objections, negotiating effectively, and supporting customers to a successful outcome.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Proven customer service experience (retail or hospitality backgrounds will be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence on the phone.
  • A team player who is self-motivated, professional, and adaptable.

AND FOR YOU:

  • 37.5 hours per week on a rota including evenings and weekends.
  • Salary: £25,000 with a commission structure in place.
  • 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
  • Car benefit scheme.
