FULL DESCRIPTION
Juice is excited to be supporting a fantastic organsation in the search for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide full support to a senior leader within a fast-moving and dynamic environment. This is a key position that demands excellent diary management, strong coordination with stakeholders, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion at an executive level. You will act as a trusted support, helping to maximise the leader’s time and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate a busy and complex calendar
- Assess and prioritise meeting requests in line with business needs and leadership priorities
- Oversee a high-volume inbox, responding and flagging items as appropriate
- Prepare and draft professional communications on behalf of the senior leader
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including venues, logistics, travel, accommodation, and hospitality
- Organise agendas for senior meetings and track follow-up actions
- Plan detailed travel schedules, including visas and expense coordination
- Assist with team events, off-site meetings, and engagement activities
- Maintain organisational structures and manage access to internal systems (e.g. collaboration tools and document platforms)
- Provide occasional administrative support to the wider team
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefing documents
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role supporting leadership
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience managing busy schedules and high-volume communications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A professional and discreet approach when dealing with confidential information
- Ability to multitask, remain flexible, and take initiative
- High level of accuracy and sound judgement
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
