We are partnering with a leading recruiter who specialise in engineering, construction and manufacturing sectors. We are on the lookout for a motivated individual to join their team in Newport as a Trainee or Junior Recruitment Consultant.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Proactively contacting candidates to register for roles, updating candidate notes, storing documents on the CRM
  • Assessing suitability, availability and checking ID and qualifications, generating candidates
  • Promoting roles on social media
  • Briefing candidates on relevant roles, arranging and confirming all relevant paperwork
  • Liaising with clients, taking briefs, negotiating on rates

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is preferred
  • Confident communication skills with a professional approach
  • Highly motivated, organised, and able to work at pace
  • Resilient, ambitious, and eager to grow your career
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
