Part Time Administrator - Gloucester

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in the search for a Part Time Administrator, on a temporary basis for approx. 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a varied position, supporting different departments with administrative tasks.

Day to Day

  • Maintain and regularly update spreadsheets tracking employee qualifications, certifications, and expiry dates
  • Support the HR team by ensuring all worker records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies
  • Monitor upcoming qualification renewals and flag expirations to relevant managers
  • Input and verify employee data, ensuring consistency across HR systems and documentation
  • Liaise with employees and managers to collect missing or updated certification information
  • Provide general administrative support to different departments across the business, including data entry and document management
