They are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves them with a positive, uplifting experience.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and letters from customers
  • Take ownership of individual cases and follow them through to resolution
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to solve customer issues
  • Keep accurate records and update the company CRM
  • Provide helpful, friendly advice and guidance to customers
  • Work to personal and team targets while maintaining excellent service standards
