Day to Day:
As Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that all stakeholders receive a first-class service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Conducting property inspections and producing clear reports
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Handling renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations
- Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
