Customer Service Coordinator - Bristol Office

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is excited to be working in partnership with an award winning company in Filton, with the appointment of a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

You will be working within the customer service team, supporting CCTV and alarm users across the UK. This is a varied role where you’ll help customers, manage records, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. - Flexibility of around 2 days per week WFH once trained.

You must pass security vetting, provide 5 years of employment history & references, and be able to explain any gaps in employment.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails with clear, helpful updates
  • Support customers with queries and basic technical issues
  • Update systems and maintain accurate records
  • Complete reports and high-volume data entry
  • Help set up new CCTV and alarm systems
  • Handle complaints and find solutions
  • Provide administration support to other teams
