Part-Time Receptionist (10 month contract) - Bath Office

Are you looking for a 3 day a week role?

Are you experienced in front of house roles with exceptional admin skills?

Juice is partnering with a fantastic creative business in the heart of Bath in their search for a Part Time Receptionist for a 10 month maternity cover. This role will be perfect for someone who has worked in a Receptionist role and is now looking for the next opportunity. The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-5.

DAY TO DAY –

  • Reception management, welcoming guests, keeping reception clean and tidy, checking in guests.
  • Maintaining office supplies, ordering when required.
  • Managing relationship with suppliers, getting quotes for new suppliers if required.
  • Familiarity with product lines and therefore able to direct calls to the right departments if needed or answer the question if able.
  • Managing phone, ensuring professionalism and prompt answering to company standards.
  • Travel bookings, organizing hotels, hire cars and train tickets. Working at pace and prioirtising where appropriate.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

  • Reception experience beneficial.
  • Experience with booking corporate travel would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Polite, professional and efficient.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong G Suite skills
  • Excellent communication skills
