FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a CCTV Operator to join an award-winning company in Filton. The role involves monitoring CCTV and alarms, responding to incidents, and maintaining records. The position requires a 4 on/4 off night shift schedule and requires security vetting.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Watch CCTV and act on suspicious activity
  • Answer calls and contact clients/security
  • Respond to alarms and follow procedures
  • Record incidents and update logs

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • SIA CCTV license preferred (or willingness to complete the qualification funded by the company)
  • Experience in security or call handling is highly desirable
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
