No prior recruitment experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.
DAY TO DAY:
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates within the Accountancy & Finance sector
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs
- Communicating with candidates via phone, email, and other platforms
- Advising candidates on career opportunities and market trends
- Conducting research on clients, roles, and industry developments
- Supporting senior consultants and working collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Headhunting for leading national and international organisations
