We are passionate about making a difference and are 100% focused on representing our clients to achieve a demonstrable improvement in performance. Based in Wigan we are now looking for someone to join our growing team. Assisting in the business office, no two days are the same and this will be a varied role for anyone joining the business. We are now looking for someone to join our busy accounts team, here your duties will include: - Answering incoming calls - Sending copy invoices to customers - Sending up to date statements to customers - Answering invoice queries - Liaising internally with other departments - Chasing payments Dealing with PCN’s: - Recharge to customers - Re-assigning - Appealing PCN’s - Logging PCN’s to Big Change Dealing with Suppliers: - Making calls to suppliers - Requesting copy invoices - Requesting statements - Loading invoices to Xero - Raising queries with supplier - Updating spreadsheets - Opening post
