Experienced Mortgage Adviser
Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for the next steps in your career?

Our advisers start from the simple principle that every client is our only client, building long-term relationships based on professionalism and integrity.

Duties include (but not limited to):
- Build excellent client relationships and be the first point of contact
- Seek to understand our clients unique needs to provide the best possible advice
- Ensure that all advice is given on the basis of a full and detailed fact find which complies with both the firm’s and its regulator’s requirements
- Present appropriate recommendations in a clear, concise and accurate manner, both verbally and in writing, complying with regulatory requirements
- Project a professional image to your clients and your colleagues
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of available mortgage products, underwriting and affordability requirements. Maintain an up to date knowledge of all other products and services offered by the firm, and associated companies
You will need to demonstrate:
- A high degree of personal motivation, organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload, whilst having an awareness of the wider business
- A willingness to undertake exams to further your personal knowledge within the Financial Services industry as required
- Flexibility and approachability under pressure
- You must be proactive, tenacious and demonstrate initiative at all times
- The ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively at all levels
Qualifications
- R01 & CF6 or equivalent
Successful candidates will have previous mortgage advice experience, be highly motivated and have a passion for excellence. Growth and development is a high priority at Cooper Associates and we are looking for someone who shares the same ambition.
