Relationship Manager – Cheltenham/ Bristol

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a Relationship Manager to elevate and develop our introducer network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build long-term relationships, support in driving business growth, and ensure a seamless experience for our introducers as we continue to grow.

As our Relationship Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our introducers, ensuring they are informed and supported in referring business to us. You’ll develop and implement strategies to maximise performance, deliver training and updates, and collaborate with internal teams ensuring an unmitigated client experience for mutual clients.

This role will be responsible for covering the whole of the South West region.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-focused, and commercially minded, with a background in business development, account management, or financial services.
