At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we are passionate about innovation, growth, and creating meaningful impact through data-driven decisions. As a fast-growing business, we are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Data Analyst Level 3 Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business systems and process mapping, understanding how different functions connect within ERP and CRM systems
  • Analyse and interpret data to generate meaningful business insights
  • Assist with digital marketing analytics, including SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and tools such as Google Analytics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using business intelligence tools
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements across systems
  • Collaborate with teams to solve problems and improve operational or commercial performance
  • Present findings in a clear and engaging way to stakeholders

Desired Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Confidence in interpreting data and identifying trends
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in data, business systems, and digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or data tools (desirable but not essential)
  • GCSE Maths C/5 and GCSE English C/4 essential for the role
