At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd, we are looking for a forward-thinking and motivated individual to join us as aa Business Analyst Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation within a growing organisation. As our AI & Digital Champion, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption, development, and optimisation of digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions across the business. You’ll work closely with teams to identify opportunities for automation, improve digital processes, and help colleagues build confidence in using emerging technologies.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Support the delivery of AI and automation projects across both internal service improvements and customer-facing solutions.
  • Work with colleagues and customers to gather requirements and understand business processes and challenges.
  • Analyse existing workflows and data to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in evaluating suitable AI tools, platforms, and automation technologies for specific use cases.
  • Contribute to the design, build, and deployment of AI-driven solutions and automated processes.
  • Support the development of solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies and best practices to support continuous innovation within [Employer hidden] Ltd.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Copilot (especially Copilot Studio or Agents)
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £19,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
