FULL DESCRIPTION

As Academy Salon Manager at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you will run our commercial salons professionally – and to the highest standards. You will manage daily operations in our busy Hari & Beauty Academy, guaranteeing an exceptional experience for students and clients.

Your key responsibilities:

The Salon Manager will:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the Hair & Beauty Academy, including client bookings, staffing of commercial sessions, stock control, and maintenance of equipment and resources.
  • Work closely with curriculum staff to ensure the Academy supports high‑quality teaching, learning, assessment, and the delivery of realistic industry practice.
  • Provide line management, supervision, and guidance to technicians, reception staff, and students working within the Academy environment.
  • Lead on health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards within the commercial salons, ensuring full compliance with college policies and industry regulations.
