The Role

We’re hiring a RevOps Engineer to become the operational engine behind our growth team.

This is not a passive support role. You’ll be responsible for building and owning the systems, data infrastructure, and workflows that power revenue generation. We lack most of them, meaning you have the opportunity for high impact and ownership from day 1. From CRM architecture to automation, reporting, and lead generation - you will directly influence how fast and effectively we grow.

You will:

  • Own and rebuild our CRM and data infrastructure from the ground up
  • Design scalable systems that enable the growth team to sell smarter and faster
  • Eliminate manual processes through automation and engineering
  • Provide leadership with real-time, reliable visibility into growth

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your work will directly shape the trajectory of the company.

Mission & Impact

Our company-wide goal is ambitious: 50,000 Weekly Appointments Booked (WAB) by September 2026. This ambitious goal will mean 50,000 patients use our service every week to book an NHS appointment. Today it's 600.

Your role is to make this possible by:

  • Increasing the speed and efficiency of the growth team
  • Improving data quality and decision-making
  • Enabling better targeting, tracking, and conversion

What You’ll Own

Systems & Data Infrastructure

  • Full ownership of CRM (Attio or future migration): schema, workflows, automations, hygiene
  • Rebuild and optimise current CRM setup (currently fragmented and inefficient)
  • Integrate tools across the growth stack (Calendly, Aircall, etc.)
  • Build and maintain data scraping and enrichment pipelines
  • Ensure reliable product-to-CRM data flow

Reporting & Visibility

  • Build dashboards for growth metrics, pipeline, and product adoption
  • Own reporting on practice numbers and growth trends
  • Deliver real-time pipeline visibility for leadership
  • Eliminate manual reporting and increase confidence in data

Growth Enablement

  • Generate and maintain high-quality lead lists
  • Improve onboarding through playbooks and tooling
  • Support the growth team with targets, tooling, and operational insight

Operational Engineering

  • Build automations and scripts to eliminate repetitive work
  • Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes end-to-end
  • Ship improvements quickly, not just maintain systems
  • Actively drive revenue through better operations

We will look to quickly give you the autonomy to pick which projects will have the highest impact on our growth.

Technical Expectations

This is a hybrid role combining operations, data, and engineering so you must have experience in the following:

  • Experience building tools or apps (React preferred)
  • Python for data analysis, scraping, and automation
  • API integrations and system design
  • Ability to build custom solutions where off-the-shelf tools fall short
  • Experience with CRMs (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with tools like Metabase, Zapier, Make
  • Experience integrating data systems and dashboards

This role requires a specific mindset and you’ll thrive if you:

  • Take full ownership of systems and outcomes
  • Proactively identify and solve problems
  • Treat operations as a growth lever, not a support function
  • Move fast and ship improvements continuously
  • Are comfortable working with messy data and fixing it

You may struggle if you:

  • Prefer clear instructions over ambiguity
  • Avoid technical or data-heavy work
  • Focus on maintenance rather than improvement

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years in operations, analytics, consulting, or similar
  • Has built systems, tools, or infrastructure before
  • Is highly technical and comfortable coding
  • Has strong founder energy or ambitions
  • Is eager to deeply understand both product and sales
  • Ideally has experience in a start-up growth team
