Job Description

Job title: Registered Mental Nurse - Day Shifts

Location: Bodmin

Salary: £22 - £34 P/H

The role

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop individualised treatment plans for patients
• Administer psychiatric medications and monitor their effects
• Provide various forms of therapy, including individual and group sessions
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Advocate for patients' rights and support their recovery journey
• Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Promote mental health awareness and destigmatisation
• Stay updated on current practices and treatments in mental healthcare
