Health Care Assistant - Hammersmith

Client Overview & requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate carer to provide care for a male client with complex needs. The client requires consistent, calm, and structured support. He experiences severe seizures and may present with challenging behaviour, so applicants must be confident, patient, and experienced in managing complex behaviours in a supportive and safe manner. The client currently resides within a day centre setting, where continuity of care and a reassuring presence during the night are essential.

Shift Details

  • Wednesdays & Thursdays night shifts
  • 12-hour shifts per night

Essential Experience

  • SEN (Special Educational Needs) experience
  • Proven experience in seizure management
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour using positive and proactive approaches

Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*.
