You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role

You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Area Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.

As Production Advanced Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:

  • Performing all duties within the Production Department within the Factory to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment and being audit ready at all times.
  • Operating equipment/machinery and undertaking fault finding, changeovers including CIP where relevant, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities.
  • Management of Raw Materials in accordance with FIFO and Storage Procedures.
  • Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Standards.
  • Reporting any non-conformances to Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and supporting corrective action activities.
  • Ability to motivate/manage team members to meet team performance targets and required Company Standards.
  • Working as a key member of a production team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.
  • Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards.
  • Participating in traceability exercises, product trials, and site audits/visits.
  • Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the production work environment/equipment/systems and participation in short interval control and root cause analysis assessments.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to develop within the role to achieve Excellent Competency Levels.

Reward and Benefits

You will be paid a salary of £35,885.20, inclusive of a 10% shift allowance. Your shift pattern will be 3 on 3 off - 12 hour shift - Days and nights - 6 to 6. For the role of Production Advanced Team Operative you will need experience in an advanced manufacturing role with mechanical experience, particularly previous filling experience would be preferred. It is also an advantage if you have a food production background.
