The role
We are looking for marketing consultants of all levels to join [Employer hidden]’s Brand & Content team – one of the fastest growing areas of the business.
• You will define modern MarTech and AdTech landscape for our clients in order to effectively deliver their marketing strategy in line with their business needs and requirements. This will include assessing current technology stacks & capabilities, identifying gaps & opportunities and synthesising the evaluation into an implementation sequence and roadmap of activities to map the target state
•You will be working at the leading edge of the industry acting as an advisor to tier one organisations, helping them to deliver and embed MadTech capabilities, supporting processes, operating models, and governance
•You will operate across our clients Ad/Mar Tech stacks to analyse, design & define solutions that ensure superior marketing operations in line with our client needs
•You will determine utilisation levels of client’s MadTech stacks, identify inefficiencies and suggest ways to get the maximum ROI
•You will help our clients in Adtech to MarTech synchronisation
•You will provide an independent viewpoint on the strength and weakness of products and approaches
•You will advise on relationship between paid, owned and earned media so to connect experiences and drive end customers through marketing funnel
•You will keep yourself and the team informed of the best practices, latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of digital media, data integration, data management platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media
You may be working with clients from any industry (Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, etc).
Experience
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy environment
- You must have deep and broad MarTech and AdTech knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience relevant to MarTech/AdTech in at least one of the following areas:Data Management Platforms like Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce DMP, etc.
Other Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Online ad serving or site serving platforms
Content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management
Bonus points if you have experience with:
• Working with at least one of these platform providers – Google, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
• Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium, AEP, Segment, Evergage or ActionIQ
• Measuring the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities (e.g. marketing performance management, econometrics, and customer analytics).
