About Scott and Fyfe

[Employer hidden] is an employee-owned materials technology company headquartered in Fife with over 160 years of expertise in engineering advanced technical textile solutions. Today, we are a trusted global partner to manufacturers across a range of industries, helping them enhance performance, improve efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.

Combining Scottish heritage with global innovation, we design, develop and manufacture high-performance technical textiles and composite materials. Through our end-to-end approach, from concept and prototyping through to manufacture and supply, we work in partnership with our customers to solve complex challenges, optimise supply chains, and deliver sustainable, cost-effective outcomes.  Our portfolio spans geotextiles, automotive reinforcements and industrial backing materials, alongside a rapidly growing pipe relining division supporting the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure.

The business has delivered fantastic commercial performance over the past three years, with particularly rapid growth in our Pipe Relining division. As we enter our next phase, we are investing heavily in new production equipment, expanded capacity, and key people to scale the business and strengthen our position as a leader in technical textile innovation.
