About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Bricklayers to join our team at [Employer hidden] Group. The successful candidates will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining brickwork on a variety of construction projects. £15.00 – £17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Laying bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry to construct walls, partitions, and other structures.
• Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required.
• Mixing mortar and ensuring the correct consistency for application.
• Cutting and shaping bricks to fit corners, arches, and other complex structures.
• Repairing and restoring existing brickwork where needed.
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure the smooth completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
