The Opportunity

[Employer hidden] are looking to add a high calibre Non-Executive Director (NXD) to its Board during a transformational period for the organisation. This individual will be a key senior adviser and guide for the future and will work with the Board and Executive Leadership Team in delivering the business strategy, with a key focus on continuing to evolve and enhance their service offering and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for an experienced NXD who has ideally had exposure to regulated markets or consumer-focussed businesses and can provide strategic insight, skills and expertise to the Board, including constructive challenge, guidance and advice to the Executive Directors.

You will be a credible and impactful NXD, able to bring energy, diversity of thought and strategic acumen to board discussion. Like [Employer hidden], you will be passionate about the customer with a mindset that puts them at the heart of decision making.
