Finance Administrator

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the operations team reporting to our accounts controller. Key responsibilities include day to day bookkeeping, daily bank reconciliations, processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with monthly reporting, processing expenses, and supporting ad hoc finance and admin duties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Daily bank reconciliations in GBP, Euro and US$
  • Reconciling card transactions
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Processing expenses
  • Supporting ad hoc finance and admin duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a finance department
  • Hold a basic accounting qualification or working towards
  • Have a passion for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • Competency in Excel and using company web applications
  • Experience with an ERP system or analysing databases advantageous
