Contract Manager
Location
The main sites this role will cover are based in Oxford, Birmingham, Bognor and Swindon. Ideally, you would be based somewhere in the midlands/M40 corridor.

The Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our expanding Commercial Team.
Job Purpose
- To ensure the companies TWM contracts are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and in a cost-effective & profitable manner.
- The company prides itself in its high levels of service provided and the Contract Manager plays a key role in ensuring the customers’ expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small portfolio of TWM contracts
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure H&S procedures and risks are well managed
- Regular visits to customer sites to ensure ongoing projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed timescales
- Development of ongoing improvement plans
- Escalation point for any service issues
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Production of customer Management Information
- Ensuring accurate monthly invoicing
- Forecast and track client account metrics
- Work alongside sales team to deliver new contract implementations
