The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our expanding Executive Team within our relaxed and friendly office in Corby.
Job Purpose
- To assist business growth strategy by managing leads and opportunities to generate quality in-person appointments for BDM team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively target prospective clients (phone/email)
- Connect with prospects via LinkedIn
- Marketing database management
- Telesales pipeline management
- Research new opportunities where required
- Self-generated lead identification and generation
- General administrative duties to maintain data quality within CRM
KPIs
- Minimum of 7 meetings booked per month
- Follow marketing cadence
- Accuracy and timely management of data

- Maintaining 10-3 ratio (leads in dialogue to meetings booked)

Salary
- Starting from £26,500 per annum.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm / 9am – 5pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
