Meet Our Client

We are expanding our services across Warrington and surrounding areas and are seeking compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children with clinical needs in their own homes and communities.

You will support clients with personal care and clinical interventions while promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. The role also involves helping individuals enjoy meaningful everyday moments, whether that’s spending time with family, attending community outings, or engaging in activities they enjoy.

You may also support younger clients by encouraging participation in activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities, helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

Some evening shifts may include supporting bedtime routines, offer reassurance and companionship, and remain attentive to clients’ care needs throughout the night.

What You’ll Need

- 3 months’ care experience

- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling

- Clear communication skills
