At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.

We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.

A gentleman in his 30s is seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join his dedicated 2:1 care team. Maintaining an active lifestyle is very important to him, and he would value support from someone who can encourage and assist him in enjoying his daily activities.

He has a strong passion for music and is often found singing and dancing along to his favourite songs. He also enjoys spending time outdoors in his specially adapted sensory garden, as well as soft toys and community outings, where he can explore and engage with the world around him.

In this role, you will provide both day and overnight support, assisting with personal care, carrying out regular observations, and delivering clinical interventions as required. You will play a vital role in promoting his safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing, while ensuring he feels supported, reassured, and empowered each day.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a compassionate, proactive Healthcare Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”
