Join our dedicated team as a Stability Technician / R&D Technician, where you’ll focus on conducting comprehensive product stability and compatibility tests, including evaluating attributes like colour, odour, and viscosity. Organizing and assessing stability samples according to ICH guidelines will be an integral part of your role. You’ll serve as a vital communication link between our company and clients, handling inquiries, producing protocols, and sharing results. Alongside these responsibilities, you’ll ensure the upkeep of our laboratory, order essential raw materials, assist in sample creation, and support our Technical Manager and Chemists in daily operations. While prior lab experience is beneficial, it’s not mandatory, as we provide thorough training for the role. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and effective communication are key to succeed in this position.
