You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with Housing Associations, and helping us expand our portfolio of properties and services.
Key Requirements:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners (if any).
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new projects.
- Monitor market trends and to apply this to the projects.
