We are seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to become a vital part of a well-established school community. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment tailored to young children.
- Observe and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers within the school community.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and pupil development.
- Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in EYFS or Reception.
- Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for every child.
- Able to inspire curiosity and foster independence in young learners.
