Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bespoke intervention strategies for individuals and small groups.
  • Rigorously assess pupil understanding and adapt teaching methods to address specific learning gaps.

  • Monitor and meticulously track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and reporting.

  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.

About You

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within a UK primary setting.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to raise attainment and accelerate progress through targeted interventions.
  • Exhibit strong pedagogical knowledge across the primary curriculum, including phonics and early literacy.
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and addressing pupil needs.
  • Hold a genuine passion for supporting every child to reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point.
