Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 curriculum objectives.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
- Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and good conduct.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practice.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians to support pupil development.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in education or a related field.
- Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1, demonstrating a clear understanding of the curriculum.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil well-being and progress.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrate strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to classroom management.
