At a respected school, we are seeking a passionate MFL Teacher to join our vibrant department, specialising in French and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons across the secondary age range.
  • Develop and implement innovative schemes of work that challenge and inspire students.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
  • Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that promotes respect, independence, and a love of learning.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance departmental provision.

About You

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK with a specialism in MFL (French and Spanish).
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to teach French and Spanish to a high standard across the secondary curriculum.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering positive student relationships.
  • Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to begin your journey, or an experienced teacher (MPS/UPS) looking for your next challenge.
  • Show a genuine passion for languages and a desire to share this enthusiasm with young people.
  • Be a collaborative team player with a proactive approach to professional development.
