Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
- Accurately assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the science curriculum materials.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities to support the school community.
About You
- You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- You hold a degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
- You demonstrate a genuine passion for Chemistry and igniting curiosity in young people.
- You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a nurturing start, or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS) ready for a fulfilling new role.
- You exhibit strong classroom management and exceptional communication skills.
