Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an inspiring Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Cultivate a secure, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress effectively.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with parents and carers to support learning.
• Actively participate in whole-school initiatives and professional development.
• Maintain robust safeguarding practices and promote children's welfare at all times.

About You

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within EYFS.
• Possess a deep understanding of early childhood development and pedagogy.
• Exhibit exceptional creativity and innovative teaching approaches.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with ease.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional growth and teamwork.
• Uphold an unwavering dedication to safeguarding and child welfare.
