Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individual pupils or small groups within the classroom setting.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising learning materials and activities.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Support pupils' academic progress and social development in line with curriculum objectives.
- Contribute to managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a productive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil support.
About You
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or possess significant relevant experience in a primary school.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
