Key Responsibilities

- Support children's personal care routines and promote their growing independence.
- Observe and accurately report on children's progress and well-being to senior staff.
- Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and fellow team members.
About You
- Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and their early development.
- Demonstrate previous experience in an early years setting, ideally supporting children aged 0-5.
