Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning.
- Assist children with personal care, mealtimes, and nap times, promoting independence where possible.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised play and learning environment for all children.
- Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual development plans.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication.
- Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of every child.
About You
- Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
- Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
- Exhibit a patient, calm, and nurturing approach to guiding children's learning and behaviour.
- Committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Understand and adhere strictly to safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
