Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised play and learning environment for all children.
  • Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual development plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication.
  • Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of every child.

About You

  • Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
  • Exhibit a patient, calm, and nurturing approach to guiding children's learning and behaviour.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Understand and adhere strictly to safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
