Intervention Teacher

Monitor and evaluate pupil progress effectively, adapting approaches as necessary. Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and leadership to ensure integrated support. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages active participation and growth. Document pupil achievements and areas for development meticulously for progress tracking.
Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience. Demonstrate proven success in designing and delivering effective primary interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Exhibit a deep understanding of pedagogical approaches for supporting diverse learning needs. Possess exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
