Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons across relevant key stages.
- Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum objectives and school policies.
- Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment within the laboratory and classroom.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and share best practices.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives to enrich the student experience.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Chemistry degree.
- Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Chemistry.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and pedagogical skills.
- Be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Show a dedication to continuous professional development and personal growth.
