Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with diverse special educational needs.
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities that cater to specific requirements.

- Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies effectively.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
