Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and refine departmental schemes of work and resources.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or pastoral duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and attendance in line with school policies.

About You

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Possess a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for pupils across different abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching mathematics.
  • Be an ECT, MPS, or UPS level teacher, eager to contribute to a collaborative department.
  • Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a love of learning.
  • Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
