Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging support for children aged 0-5, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, promoting learning through play.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing updates on children's daily activities and achievements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school's inclusive and supportive ethos.
