Key Responsibilities

• • Deliver engaging support for phonics, literacy, and numeracy activities across the EYFS curriculum.
• • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment for all young pupils, promoting their social and emotional growth.
• • Provide one-to-one and small group assistance, including tailored support for children with special educational needs.
• • Support the lead teacher in preparing imaginative resources and maintaining an organised, stimulating classroom.
• • Observe and accurately report on pupil progress, contributing valuable insights to assessment records.
• • Uphold robust safeguarding practices and consistently promote pupil welfare and safety at all times.

About You
