Key Responsibilities
- • Deliver engaging support for phonics, literacy, and numeracy activities across the EYFS curriculum.
- • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment for all young pupils, promoting their social and emotional growth.
- • Provide one-to-one and small group assistance, including tailored support for children with special educational needs.
- • Support the lead teacher in preparing imaginative resources and maintaining an organised, stimulating classroom.
- • Observe and accurately report on pupil progress, contributing valuable insights to assessment records.
- • Uphold robust safeguarding practices and consistently promote pupil welfare and safety at all times.
About You
- • Possess relevant experience supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage or primary school setting.
- • Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development and the intricacies of young learning.
